First you photograph your objects. When the Compact-Flash memory card is full, remove it from the camera and insert it into your PC's Compact-Flash reader to start the automatic picture processing procedure which automatically adjusts brightness, contrast and color where necessary.

Meanwhile you can continue photographing, using a second Compact-Flash card. Each object's obverse and reverse will be combined into a single picture. The pictures are then stored on your computer's hard drive in the desired size.

This means you can take and process approximately 160 high-quality pictures (80 objects) per hour! Try this on a flatbed scanner! To appreciate the high quality see the "Sample photos" page.
